As a specialty food advocate, we choose to work with domestic artisan and imported cheese makers and vendors. across the United States and know the importance of supporting our local dairies and creameries and their sustainable practices. We welcome and encourage collaborations with these vendors to bring visibility to the public with to new (to them) and local products. Working with local makers helps create exposure for their brands and a greater sense of support among community and awareness, both of which are crucial for the industry.
